For more information about the babies, call us. The Blue-Headed Macaw is native to eastern Peru, north-western Bolivia, and far western Brazil. All macaws need plenty of energy, though a balanced diet, for good health.
Macaws should be fed a formulated (pelleted or extruded) diet as a basis for good nutrition. The diet should be supplemented with fresh fruits and vegetables daily to add variety and psychological enrichment. Give almonds and pine nuts as treats.
Macaws are playful and love to chew. Macaws, especially, should always be provided with toys and wood to chew.

Moluccan Cockatoo
We have a gorgeous Moluccan Cockatoo available!
Moluccan cockatoos are one of the largest white cockatoos. They average about 20 inches in length, from the beak, to the tip of their tail feathers. The Moluccan Cockatoo has a rosy-pink color, with the depth of the pinkness varying between individual birds. Sweet and affectionate are understatements, when it comes to describing the Moluccan. It’s a bird that loves, to be loved, and always wants nothing more than someone (a bird or person) to be with. Like most cockatoos, Moluccans are incredibly sensitive and need extra attention and appropriate affection. This species requires the commitment of time and experience, with larger birds.

Popular as pets due to their small size, beauty, and intelligence, green-cheeked conures have stolen many a bird lover’s heart in recent years. It is not as loud or as frequent in its calling, but it will make some noise.
